You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you generate. Do not use Emona to create content that is harmful, misleading, or illegal.

You retain rights to content you create or provide. To operate the Service, you grant Emona a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-generated content is provided “as is.” Emona does not guarantee originality, ownership, or non-infringement of generated content, and users are responsible for reviewing content before use.

Purchases of credits or premium features are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies. Credits have no monetary value outside of Emona.

You may not use Emona to create or share content that is hateful, explicit, illegal, or violates intellectual property laws. Misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

Your use of Emona is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share data.

To provide AI-generated features, user inputs and related content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Replicate) as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee long-term storage of your content. Images may be stored via Cloudinary or similar providers. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to improve user experience and service functionality.

Use of Emona through third-party platforms (such as ChatGPT or the GPT Store) may also be subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

We may modify or discontinue any part of Emona without notice. Your continued use implies agreement to any changes made.

You agree to hold Emona harmless from any legal claims or liabilities related to your use of the platform or generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Emona uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before relying on it.
